Handmade from barred turkey wing feathers, this beautiful fan is 23" long with an additional 7 rows of 11" golden deerskin fringe. The number 7 has a special meaning to the American Indians. The fringe is decorated with wood hairpipe, nickel silver and red glass crow beads.
